This place is a must for veggie travellers in the T-dot. It's been voted as one of the "hippest vegetarian eateries" by VegNews and is deeelish. If I remember correctly, they use vegan ingredients only (except in some desserts - which they will notify you about) and everything is cooked to order, so when it comes to the table it's hot and fresh. Unlike other veggie places, Fressen doesn't hawk fruit smoothies and wheat grass doesn't garnish everything and anything they serve. It's an upscale take on meatless fare - and will be enjoyed by all, whether herbivore, omnivore, and even staunch carnivore.
