A very interesting trip going it alone, with a few small mishaps... but everything worked out fine in the end. Met a lot of nice people in all places traveled, kept meeting people from London in practically all of my destinations... everyone was friendly and everyone was usually very friendly and willing to help. I would definately recommend staying more nights in each destination than I did, but it ws still exciting to move at that pace too.

I'm been to Europe on a few different occasions, but some of them seem so long ago, it seems easiest just to put the pictures together in one blog.

Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia

Weltenburg Kloster, Bavaria's oldest abbey. Founded on the banks of the River Danube around the year 620, brewing began shortly thereafter. The medieval monks began selling the dark lagers in 1050, making it the world's oldest monastic brewery.

Salzburg, Hallstatt & Vienna Austria (and a bit of Germany) July, 2006

Built at an elevation of 1834 m(6017ft). Took them 12 months to build it and there elevator shaft was 124m (407ft). The road leading from the Obersalzburg to the Eagle's Nest parkinglot is a feat of engineering. In as little as 13 months, it was blasted out of solid rock,making a road that is unique in the world. Eagle's Nest was a project of Martin Boorman's and he gave it to Hitler for his 50th birthday. Its a wonderful site.

My trip through Europe from March 2009 through May 2009

Central Europe has a lot to offer, you just have to choose. May 2005 I was traveling around this region and visited some really beautifull places.

I realize that a lot of these photos are the same as the trip I took in april... it is nice to see what something looks like in the spring vs. the winter though! :)

Nature.....!!!!Its the best way to clean your minds!Here you can traveling, camping,walking, riding and dreaming...! ..On one place, live one horse! His name is "Thor". I will show the "Live" from him...!! And the nature, with flowers and stand of timber-trees...and...and...

Bavaria

From 30 June till 11 August 2006 I travelled through 10 European countries. Here are my pictures. The first part are pictures of the following places: Mainz, the Rhine valley, Cologne, Amsterdam, Berlin and Weimar.

i had a great time in germany.i started out flying into frankfurt same day drove to heidelberg. heidelberg for about 3 days. then we drove the lower germany to a huge lake took about a day and ended up in Switzerland. slept in the car and headed straight up passing frankfort(i fly out of) by 4 hours.i love germany:so many things to do and see. it rained pretty much the whole time. relaxing,nice people,small roads, good food
