From Poland I started at Oktoberfest in Munich-Germany, followed by Amsterdam-Netherlands, Paris-France, Madrid-Spain, Lisbon and Sintra-Portugal, Barcelona-Spain, Strasbourg-France, Wien-Austria, then back to Poland through Czech Republic. I traveled on a budget by Eurail and stayed at hostels :) It was a great experience :D

I spent 2 weeks in Germany visiting a friend, but I managed to do some sightseeing. Truth be told, I wasn't that impressed with Germany. It was a nice country and all but I don't see myself going back. After spending 5 weeks in the south of France, Germany seemed so blah. I only really enjoyed the Dachau concentration camp, that was truly an experience.
