Franklin Pennsylvania, Known for being the county seat for Venango County in Northwestern PA. This City/Town is very rich with kind people and lovely architecture. In the Fall Franklin throws a fantastic festival called Apple Fest. This event is for all local businesses in the whole area to have the chance to set up tents in the Parks to promote their products to the general public. Large crowds gather and attend this festival for three days.

Another notable detail of Franklin is that the World's wealthest people founded the town during the oil discovery/boom in the U.S. in the 1850s. The Allegheny River runs through the heart of Franklin making swimming in the river a fun past time for the youth of the area. Fishing and boating of all kinds are also enjoyed on the river and leaves no one disappointed.

The City/Town was designed by Pierre L'Enfant who is most known for designing Washington D.C. Franklin is also home to the largest Tiffany stained glass window located in St. Johns church. The Church has had many offer for it that have even been at 2.2 million dollars. Fort Venango was once located in the lower part of the town which was a key fort in the French and Indian War.

Franklin has the Guinness World Record for having World's largest Dairy Queen housing a full sized airplane inside for customers to eat in.
