See the Sights of Philly While Playing Mini Golf! Jun 23, 2008
Tucked away in Franklin Square, Philly Mini Golf is a break away from the bustle of the historic district with a relaxing game mini golf. Each hole is themed around an area/attraction in Philly, including...

- LOVE Park
- Liberty Bell
- Chinatown
- Independence Hall
- Ben Franklin Bridge
- Philadelphia Museum of Art
- Boathouse Row
- Philly area sports teams
- Philly music scene
- Elferth's Alley

The course isn't difficult, inviting people of all skill levels and making it fun for the entire family. If you're new to the area, it's a great introduction to the highlights of Philly, with miniaturized versions of all mentioned above. If you play during the weekend or in the evenings, expect crowds. This popular attraction was recently opened, and it attracts tourists as well as locals.

If you have kids, be sure to check out the carousel and playground. The fountain in the middle of the square is surrounded by park benches and provides a soothing rest before or after your round of golf.

Parking is available in decks a few blocks away, but there is metered parking on the streets nearby.

This attraction is in a GOOD area of town.
