Four Seasons Hotel Prague

I love..love this hotel! I actually didn't pay for it..but I know it was very expensive. They have excellent customer service..very friendly and helpful. They picked us up at the airport. After we checked in..the concierge walk us through to each room and gave us the tour in each room..that's the service I've never experience before. My room is big and the bathroom is stunning! Every night they leave us with treats. First night I've found a bucket of ice with a bottle of white wine and some chocolates. 2nd night they offered complementary shoes cleaning service and it's ready for you the next morning at the door wrapped in a nice bag like an expensive gift. That night they also gave us more chocolate shaped in horse shoe. 3rd night when I got back I've found some chocolate truffles inside a beautiful small wooden jewelry box with "MUCHA" art on the cover box. The bed is the best bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast food was great. This hotel is short walking distance from the famous St. Charles bridge . If I have the money..I would go back to this hotel.

Of course everything is 5 star. However what was disappointing is that they charge absolutely for everything. No free bottles of water in the room. The breakfast was a la carte and even the tea and coffee etc. were charged.

The restaurant was good but they took a wrong order.

The only saving grace was that Ellen their masseuse is the BEST masseuse I've ever tried EVER. And I can tell you that I've had a lot of massages.
