Went to Jakarta for my birthday to join a friend travelling on business, choose the Four Seasons as it is in the heart of the busy city. The staff are amazing in this hotel, very friendly, large rooms and service is exceptional but it goes with price. Expensive! The food is not as exceptional as the staff and the hotel is quite old and even if its in the centre of the city taxi drivers doesnt have any clue where it is, it used to be Regent and now Four Seasons. So you better take a lot of brochures when going out as it is hard to find your way back to the hotel.

So, I just smiled and looked around for the hotel were I am heading to. Then, an older man, well mature man came to me and asked (in English) where I was heading. I told him that I am going to the Four Seasons Hotel. He looked at me and wonder for a while… jakarta get away |
