Overrated and full of themselves Oct 01, 2007
The lobby was unimpressive. The staff was inexperienced. The rooms were small and stuffy. The Ritz Carlton is far superior with lovely suites and a gracious staff .The Peninsula is more accommodating and not as full of themselves. The Four Seasons...read entire review at TravelPost.com
