This is a family style restaurant serving Hong Kong style hot pots open 24 hours a day. Hot pots (aka meat fondue) is done with a soup base of chicken stock and thousand year old eggs and celantro, then thinly sliced beef or pork can be added along with vegetables, tofu, rice noodles or fish balls. At this restaurant, the fish balls come in many varieties: fish, shrimp, cuttlefish. As you add the ingredients to the pot, the soup becomes tastier and tastier, and at the very end, you have a yummy bowl of soup to finish your meal.

You get a small bowl of soy sauce, vinegar and other magic ingredients with peppers, celantro and green onions in small plates, you add them to the bowl of sauce, and dip the cooked meat, vegies etc in it as they are cooked in the hot pot.

Their sliced beef was the most tender I can remember tasting in a hot pot. Their fish and other meat balls are hand made fresh. You can get a real hearty meal for a cheap price if you are ever in the ChaoYang district of Beijing.
