 Stylish cuisine in a landmark building Aug 02, 2008
I had the good fortune of having tea several times there. The food is top-quality, as is the entire place. It is, as a good friend said, a British institution, now fully internationalised. You get silverware, traditional butter-bread, the classical tea, and some interesting (and tasty) British food. This being my first ever experience of British cuisine, I won't buy any of the "crap food" stories. I think it's great!
Do go there if you have some money to spare. It is very expensive, but you'll remember it for life. The gift ideas are also stylish |
