Fort Collins Brewing Company

Fort Collins Brewery is a small microbrew joint, with a friendly neighborhood / family feel to it. When you walk in you'll see maybe 4 tables and a small bar. Also you can go on a very detailed tour if you come in the daytime.

The beer here is made in small batches, supposedly with love and care, which is orchestrated in the home-brew feel of some of their drinks. Basically you pay 4 bucks and you get like 12 drinks, plus more if you can charm their owner. The beers are flavorful, and definitely have the extra home-made kick to them. They have a double smoked beer (double the smoke, double the alcohol) that is frankly delicious.

The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. In fact I ended up in conservation about John McCain's tax policies.... how odd!
