Fort Aguada Goa Reviews
great acc but not the real Indian experience Mar 20, 2011
I found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained. All amenities and ctivities within the hotel and plenty to keep you busy.
The beach its private so you dont get the beach sellers bothering you all the time.
No power cuts (which happens very often in that area) as the hotel had its own generator.
Seafood restaurant its amazing as they cook it in front of you - although its very expensive.
We stayed in a garden cottage. Its two rooms in each cottage, therefore you right next to each other, you have your own little pattio with a hammock and sea view, these cottages are on the mountain and a short walk from reception and the pool area, up high in the mountain are the villas, didnt get to see one from the inside but they were quite big from the outside and have their own pool.
Averall a good stay, but India is all about its people and poverty, if you stay in a hotel like this in a place like goa, it wouldnt be different staying in a 5 star resort anywhere is the world. you would get so much more out of this wonderfull place if you stayed nearer the locals and somewhere you could interact more.

Very Nice Hotel close to everything Jan 19, 2011
I've visited Goa during the end of Monsoon period.
I have paid an average of USD 140 HB for a double bed room. It is not cheap but seriously it is a luxurious room. Worth Every penny I’ve paid. The rooms are scattered on a small hill. They look like Townhouses each one with two rooms. The room is spacious with a nice 40" Inch LCD TV + DVD+ 5.1 Surround System. The room was really clean.
The Hotel has a very nice clean pool, amazing lifeguards whom they will interact and even entertain you at any time.
The hotel has its own tours bureau were you can choose between different activities to be done around Goa.
Overall I recommend this Hotel but just be careful it is not cheap.
