The Spanish (or Catalunyans as some will insist they be called) for some odd reason or another have all their maps with the Mediterranean on the bottom of the page. This plays with the common perception that North is always at the top of the map and can baffle you! North is actually pointing NE on the maps - it's highly frustrating!! Even though it is stated on the map - it can confuse the living daylights out of you!
