Forest Lodge Guest House South Laggan Reviews
Great stop, fine guesthouse Sep 10, 2007
Yes, it is good - and well deserves all those 5s. We have stayed twice with different proprietors on our way to the far north-west of Scotland. One of our main requirements is an off-road car park where the dog(s) can sleep in the car and this is perfect.
Bedrooms are comfortable and they have been careful to give us a room on the ground floor. The evening meals are very good and the breakfast is excellent.
If you want to look around a bit, the Laggan Locks on the Caledonian Canal are worth a look and the town of Fort Augustus at the beginning of Loch Ness is very good.
The website, http://www.flgh.co.uk/, is very informative.
