Not your typical buffet service restaurant, Fogo Brasil Restaurant located in the heart of San Jose, Costa Rica offers you a typical Brazilian food and different type of meat served in a skewer. Each person is given a rounded paper shaped as a coin that had a red and green side (which means if you put the green side close to you plate, the food server would continue on giving you all meats you could imagine new york steak,tritip, t-bone steak, chicken all served in a skewer). They also have the typical buffet table, but why settle with it?!).And when you put the red side of the coined paper, this would signal the server that you no longer want any food in your plate. Typically, the waiter goes to each table every 5 -10 minutes.
The typical price of the buffet is about $30 per head.  |
