Flying J Cookery Buffet & Restaurant - Ehrenberg - TravBuddy

The Cookery Buffet and Restaurant caters to truckers who are out on the road and want regular a down-home style meal. The evening we were there they appeared to be the only customers in the place, and there were twenty-five or thirty. They offered a fairly large buffet and a regular menu plus daily specials, and the waitress was nice enough to point out a way for us to save money on our meal combining the menu items we picked with the salad bar at the buffet. Much appreciated. My wife had Noodles Fettuccini with garlic bread and a trip to the salad bar. I had a small shrimp basket that was served with fries and cold slaw, and a trip to the salad bar for fruit too. The food was very good and the service was top notch.
