Flying Biscuit Cafe Reviews

Jan 19, 2008
This cafe has the most delicious (breakfast) food around. They use fresh ingredients and lots of organic, healthy and non-typical foods. Their whole wheat french toast with raspberry sauce is heavenly. They have oatmeal pancakes, chicken sausage, turkey bacon, goat cheese, spinach, hormone free-grass fed steak, salmon and black beans all on just their breakfast menu! The breakfast potatoes are delightfully seasoned with rosemary and the grits are superb in their creaminess. If you didn't think you liked grits, try theirs and you might change your mind! They are supposedly known for their famous biscuits, but I wasn't that impressed with the biscuits. I was too engrossed in the other flavors on my plate. Just for the record, I had the Egg-Stravaganza with two eggs, turkey bacon, chicken sausage, rosemary potatoes and the french toast. Yummy! I can't wait to go back!

They also serve lunch and dinner, but breakfast is served all day. Their sweet tea and coffee are also good. The service is friendly and the place fills up and often has a short waiting line around meal times.

Take a look at the menu on their website. It is different, but delicious! This cafe is one of the sought after stops of many visitors to Atlanta and has several locations in the city.

I love the Flying Biscuit! The Smoked Salmon scramble rocks. I'm with you on their biscuits not being too impressive, though. No biscuits can compare to Mom's.
