Affordable Resort, not to far from everything. Aug 12, 2008
We had a 3 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The master suite had a large bath with jetted tub and separate shower, romantic setting large. The rooms and facility was clean overall and the staff was courteous and helpful. They are a little off the beaten path but I liked the location sense you didn't have to fight bumper to bumper traffic getting in and out. The pool was large with a splash zone hot tub and a large cold jetted area. There is a pool side bar and snack bar that offer some starbucks coffees. Very close to Sea World and a quick drive to the Disney parks. Excellent value for your dollar.

Do NOT stay at this facility if you value your belonging. Our room was robbed with no evidence of a forced entry. Security was useless. Hotel management staff was useless. To add insult to injury we were accused by the hotel insurance agent of misplacing 3 laptops,digital camera, HD camcorder,PDA,and numerous other items. Hotel management has dragged their feet as has the Orlando police. We were told to make claim with our insurance company but how do you claim pictures and movies of a graduation and week cruise taken the week before. Calls to hotel management are not returned. A vacation that was to be special was made a nightmare.

Sea world can be described with 2 words : SHAMU & MANTA !!!!!!
I love the sea animals, but for a instance didnt know if I was right being there or not. I mean, the animals are sooo sweet and amazing, specially like the whales, orcas, bears, sha…… Planning, paying and crying....... |
