I was here for a work convention and this hotel impressed me! My buddy Carl had hooked us up with a great rate as well. When I walked into the lobby I was impressed, which hotels usually make their focal point. But when I walked into my room this is where you truly know that the hotel is taking care of you. It was spotless and they had smooth jazz music playing for me for when I walked in my room. It just gives you that "Ahhh, they care about their clientele and make them feel welcome"! And in the evenings when you come back to your room they have your bathrobe and slipperrs layed out on the bed for you as well as a turned down bed and chocolates! This is what I call service and luxury. I was honestly more impressed with this hotel than I was with the W hotel in Chicago. This hotel is definitely recommended!
