The train ride from Rome to Florence is fairly quick and the trains are nice in Italy, but the best part of the train ride is the view of Tuscan countryside.  Villas perched on top of rolling hills wich overlook vineyards are the norm in this part of Italy.  It was a completly different from Rome or Venice.  This is how I always imagined Italy to be and I wasn't disappointed.  We stayed in Florence for 5 nights and we could have stayed longer in the Tuscan area.  The …

Today was the day I really explored Florence.First off I went to stand in line to see David. It was worth the wait and the 10 euro. It's and amazing marble sculpture.... probably the most amazing piece of art I have ever or will ever see actually. You cannot imagine the size from the photos. On a school trip, toured through austria, italy and paris.

Florence has been a whirlwind of sightseeing, eating, drinking wine, more eating, drinking more wine, walking miles and miles, and finally lots of wine drinking. Visited France, Italy, Spain, Monaco, Germany, Swiss. It was a great trip used my friend cars start from Paris - Barcelona - Cannes - Nice - Monaco - San Ramon - Pisa - Firenze - Commo Lake - Basel -Freiburg - Strasbourg - Paris. Lovely and unforgetable trip for me.

Okay so I know I was planning on updating this blog fairly frequently but all the traveling has gotten in the way of my coorespondece. Sorry! Our first stop was in Amsterdam, where we met up with two friends, Johnny and his cousin Christian. It was such a blast. We rented bikes and rode all around the city.
