When you are in Florence Italy make sure you take the bus up to Fiesole!! It is on a hill and you can look out over Florence, see the whole city!! There is also Etruscan ruins.

Hot hot hot! Make sure to take those afternoon naps when you travel during tourist season. Have mercy on the people forced to stay in their shops during the hottest part of the day. (Most places close in the afternoon but some stay open for the tourists.)
