Nice little Boutique Hotel in Cozumel Oct 17, 2009
Hotel Flamingo is conveniently located a block and a half in from the main drag in Cozumel about a five minute walk to the main square and the ferry dock to Playa del Carmen. The rooms are clean and locally inspired (we opted for the Superior room which was worth the extra $10 and has a little sitting room with not so comfy, artsy chairs and a TV. The AC worked great but the water pressure and the hot water left a lot to be desired.
The staff are really nice and helpful and downstairs is filled with art, a bar and the little restaurant where they served a full breakfast (included). Since it is low season, the place was empty (in fact we were the only guests).  Part of the Yucatan Bound travel blog

A Great Place to Stay! Jan 21, 2008
I loved this place. I stayed here twice in 2005. I had a room on the 2nd floor above the flags. The room was comfortable and had a shower and a patio with a view of the street and the water. It also had a television and a phone. The hotel is quiet...read entire review at TravelPost.com

Nice place Jan 03, 2005
I've stayed at the Flamingo twice so far and both times were just fine. I scuba dive so I take last minute Vacations sometimes (you know when airfare dips to that I gotta go feeling). Not far from the launch pier.
