it is a nice experience to see the things left by ancient americans,also in another room you can travel back to dinosaurs times and even if it doesn't mean too much you can touch the dinosaurs fossils...

This morning we decided on breakfast somewhere out. Lena heard of a place called The Corner Bakery which was supposedly nearby, but we couldn't find it. So, we ended up at a little place at the base of the John Hancock Building which turned out to b…Field Museum and maybe the Adler Planetarium if there was time. Since the Field Museum is so big, we decided to visit the aquarium first, then see how much time we had left in the day for the museum and the planetarium. My umpteenth time in Chicago, and my first visit to the Field Museum. I had been wanting to go, but somehow the time always ran out, and I didn't want to pop in just to say I had been there. This time, I had the whole day! After a quick walk ov…Field Museum on the lake shore, and so we did. Among all the bicyclists (even some tandem), roller bladers, and dog-walkers, we made our way past Grant Park to the Field Musem grounds. Finally here! The day started with us taking the CTA to Field Museum. We were right in time for the opening of the museum. And we spent a good 5-6 hours inside. My favourites were the African exhibits, and the Mammals section. Esp those Tsavo lions. Besides that,…Field Museum. We were right in time for the opening of the museum.
