We were looking for a place to eat in the casino we were staying. Nothing else was sounding good so we made a last minute reservation at Fiamma. We came down a little early for our reservation and were seated immediately. All of the staff members were very polite and had a good sense of humor.

We started off the meal with a couple of Appetizers, Calamari and Carpaccio. The Calamari had a breading with a small amount of pepperoncinis in it. This gave them just a little kick. You combine that with the lemon-Basil sauce and have one heavenly start to the meal. I was only able to try a bite of the Carpaccio, it was very good as well.

From there the meal just got better. We ordered 6 different main courses and each was excellent in its own right. There were a couple of special that I can not remember and the a few others were a recommendation from our waiter.

Even though we did not have any more room we managed to order a few desserts. This is where we struck gold. Here you have the name of the best dessert in Vegas… Budino. Prior to this the best was a special chocolate soufflé at Aquinox. That has now been topped by the worlds best version of the s’more. I know it sounds strange to compare a campfire favorite with an Italian restaurant’s dolci, but I just did. Every person at the table loved this dessert. Look it up.

When we first sat down our waiter warned us that they were having some trouble with some equipment in back and it may cause a delay in our meal. Whatever back up plan they had must have worked, we did not experience any delays. The restaurant was very busy but still was able to create a nice atmosphere. We were all able to talk at the table and did not feel like we were sitting to close to our neighbors. We all enjoyed the restaurant experience and would certainly go back.
