Fez Youth Hostel

The Youth Hostel in Fes was a really pleasant surprise after having stayed is a couple of pretty shabby places in Morocco. The place is cheap (you get a discount if you are a proud owner of Hostelling International Membership card), nice and clean. Well as a member Hostelling International they have to fullfil certain standards.
The patio is really a pleasant place to hang around and we enjoyed our eveings here just sitting in the shade of trees and relaxing. The free breakfast was a nice extra as food in Morocco is generally quite cheap especially if you do self catering. The little decorations of the hostel like carpets and pottery were really nice and created a more comfortable atmoshpere.
