Five-Star Dining in a Casual Setting May 28, 2011
This is one of my favorite local restaurants. The menu is diverse with something for everyone; and the food is just plain delicious. (Hint: Try the antelope. It's wonderful!) They have a good wine list, and the chocolate Guinness cake is to die for.

There are several dining rooms to choose from. I recommend the Sendero or Dean's Kitchen. When it's cool enough to sit outside, the Ocaso is perfect for outdoor dining. The service is flawless, and Dean Fearing is likely to stop by your table at least once. There is complimentary valet service.

Even though this is a finer dining experience, the dress code is casual and they accept walk-ins. I recommend this place if you are looking for something different from the usual steak and chicken places, you want to impress a visitor to Dallas, or just take your love to someplace special. The price is not too bad - on the high side it's about 150 US dollars for dinner for two.
