I booked a tour of some fantastic parts of Portugal. I spent the morning in Obidos, lunch in Nazarre, early afternoon at a cathedral in Bathala, and the rest of the day in Fatima. It was a brief but, fantastic was to get a taste of many different parts of Portugal.

Portugal meant to me many things at the same time. You can breathe and experience the mediterranean, arab culture, strong catholic rule, history related to great explorers, black africa presence and humble people. I cannot forget neither the extraordinary food, the unique sound of fado music and the magnificence of the capital city Lisbon.

The country of Portugal can not be underestimated. The people match its beauty and the BEAUTY!! Wow there are hidden treasures everywhere in this place!

We went to Portugal during the Christmas holidays and visited Lisbon, Sintra, Cabo de Roca e Fatima.

Flew to Lisbon from Uk to start the journey drive across Portugal to Spain and back to Portugal over two weeks covering some of Must see Natural Wonders in Europe.
