Sydney is a great place to start after ariving in Aussie. Tho, it's kinda expensive --> 30% more then in Europe so be aware of that before comming. Hostels are not cheap at all, try to find a shared apartment or your own studio. Food and drinks are also kinda expensive...
THO: Sydney is a great city with great people, places to go out, beaches to surf etc! So you deff have to visit it!. Go and see the opera house, harbor bridge, kings cross nightlife (living there atm) and bondi/congoo/manly beach for awsome surfing and chilling! Since this has mostly been a really relaxing vacation far away from stress, cities and people, it was great to have a day of shopping and sightseeing in Sydney! In 1998 I spent a lot of time in Sydney and it was really fun to rediscover places, seeing the sights and just soaking up the atmosphere again! Sydney is a fantastic… Sydney |

The city looked fantastic. I love the way that at the far end of the bridge there are high rise building but they seem almost 'half high rise,' not as big as the ones that tower above them further long. The 'Urban Jungle' that was Hong… Day 33, Another Day, Another Dye.... |

The climb wasn't too difficult but it went right out and over the top so we got a fantastic view of the city, the harbour and the opera house below. The bridge is nicknamed 'The Coathanger' due to it's arch design and can expand or contract by as much as 18cm depending on how hot a day it is. Our guide… Climbing A Massive Bridge |

The rest of my time in Sydney was fantastic! Sydney is such a beautiful city. So much to see and do! I spent my last day climbing the /sydney harbor bridge and is was fantastic. I'm so glad Monica recommended it.
