Falken Hotel Interlaken

I book accommodation in this hotel for two nights. Well, the first night I was suppose to arrive with my partner my car broke down about 150km away late at night, so had to book into another hotel at double the cost! So anyway, I rang the hotel, they said as long as I come for the second night, they won't charge me for the first.

Well, when we arrived the next day, THE SAME PERSON, said I had to pay for both nights, and I only had enough money for one night, petrol to get back to Geneva, and enough for food! So I had a bit of a pop at him, and with his STUCK UP SWISS ATTITUDE told me that he was running a business, couldn't care less what happened to me, and just wanted the money.

I basically said Bugger this and went off and checked into another hotel at double the cost again (Paid for on another card!) ANyway, as I pre-booked the accommodation, the git still charged me, despite me blocking the credit card before he could made the transaction, and for some reason it still has taken out of my account.

So anyway, I wouldn't recommend anyone going here if you want customer service. The staff here are right pigs, and I will be getting my money back. I hate Hotel Falken, and as far as I am concern, they shouldn't be running a hotel. They need lessons in customer service and how to get rid of there stuck up attitude!

I thank you. (Useless hotel that you are!) - also I found out that they won awards for best customer service for hotels in 2008. HOW???????
