 Newley renovated, great breakfast, clean Feb 24, 2009
This was a great stay. The desk helped me with Opryland Hotel information for the conference. We went on the General Jackson and went to the Grand Old Opry. We went shopping at Opry Mills mall. We played golf at the Springhouse golf course. ...read entire review at TravelPost.com

Despite having a confirmed reservation, the desk attendant apologized that they although our reservation was in the system that they didn't have any room for us. That was it. No explanation other than Nashville was "busy" with multiple events. ...read entire review at TravelPost.com

The first room was being remodeled, the second room was a smoking room, the third room was alright. The billing is totally messed up, I ended up canceling my credit card and ordering a new one.read entire review at TravelPost.com
