Rooms and service lacking Aug 25, 2008
Found front desk staff lacking in basic skills of hospitality. Slow to make things right and never accepted responsibility for their error. Did not relate to guests well. Rooms were tiny and access via elevator extremely limited. Not a handica...read entire review at TravelPost.com
