FLØIBANEN

The view of Bergen from Mount Fløyen is quite magnificent, and the viewing platform is an experiens in itself. Bergen is surrounded of seven mountains. Mount Fløyen is a beautiful nature area with great scenery and many lovely walks to choose from. There is also a resturant, cafè, souvernir shop and a play area for children.
Bergen is surrounded by one of the world`s most specular tourist attractions - the Norwegian fjords. Why not take a fjord sightseeing for half day with "White Lady". I promiss you, you will not bee dissapointed.
Lots to see in Bergen. Take a walk on de fishing market, study the beautiful old wodden houses, have a beer in the sun, and just enjoy life.

FLØIBANEN is nothing other than a overpriced cafe and a tram-like transport that will take you up there, but what they are selling are the view and its no wonder why there is so many people comming here.

The view is magnificent and the Tram-like transportation is the only one of its kind in Scandinavia. Its also an good starting point if you want to walk to mountains around Bergen.

Well worth doing. Just walk to the top if you dont want to pay 35kr each way to take the transport.
