FEZ - Phoenix - TravBuddy

We plan not to be part of the pre meet up afternoon activities. We plan to eat lunch in Phoenix. A few days before he road trip. Melissa and I did some research on all the foodie places we wanted to try. There was of course GUY FIERI places to visit. Melissa and I were prepared. One of the spots Melissa has on her list is PEZ, a Greek infusion restaurant.

melissa ordered the strawberry/blueberry cashew salad
field greens with champagne honey vinaigrette, minced red onion, cashews, strawberries, dried blueberries, & manchego cheese with chicken

i ordered lamb kisra flat herb kisra with spiced lamb, tomatoes, spinach, feta & lemon basil dressing. no tomatoes for me and erin had hers with. this was like a greek pizza. it was yummy. although there was too much dressing but other than that. it was unique and delicious.

brett orderd the fez kisra flat herb kisra with grilled chicken, spicy honey molasses bbq, red onions, spiced pears, cilantro & manchego cheese. this reminded me of a BBQ pizza. it was pretty good.

we all shared cinnamon dusted sweet potato fries. OMG these are so good. it is like eating churros but better. it was kinda sweet but i was able to eat it. i will try to make this.

the ambiance is very modern. there is bar and music at night. i would like to try and come back to try the other kisras or fries. it is located in downtown PHX.
