This Restaurant was very suprising to me...Arriving in Athens very late from Santorini, Being so hungry and just going out and looking for a place to eat...

Result; Well, we were told that we could find nice restaurant in Plaka area, so we were strolling on the streets of Plaka area, I dont know how we ended up by Roman Agora...and then I heard a music was so familiar to me...so I started to walk toward where the music come...when I got closers, I heard the songs were turkish and the music was performed by turkish instruments...so I found the place was Exapinis...and the musicans were turkish...what a suprise in athens:)) and the restaurant is located in front of a former ottoman mosque...

Well, we were welcomed so friendly by the staff...We talked them and I told them that I am a turkish,so I got extra treats lol...

so the restaurant is in a nice spot where you can see acropolis...and watch the poeople passing through...

They have a big variety of Greek Cuisine..I had stuffed chicken with spinach and rice and yogurt ,was very delicious...

I highly suggest this restaurant to you...easily it can be found in Plaka District..
The menu...Exapinis means suddenly…
The candle on our table..
