Good school Feb 26, 2012
I booked a group lesson for snowboarding for half day at around USD65. I booked PM lesson but arrived early to register and pay at the school. It ends up there is only 2 students in my class (max is 8). As there were 2 instructors so it became a one-on-one class for me! yay! the instructor was a Japanese girl speaks fairly good English and she is really patience which helps tremendously for a beginner. I decided to signed up the same group lesson in next day and again the class is not full so I am lucky to have one-on-one class again (That's the good reason to avoid the high season) - this time different instructor - an Australian instructor, I was told she is the most experiences instructor in the school. She is good (but a bit harsh haha) She took me up the a beginner slope (yet it's really high up and steep!) I was like... Are you serious? But ended up I can do pretty well after two days of classes! If I haven't join the class I would have enjoyed the rest of my trip that much!
