Eurotrash Bar

Very cool bar located in China Town, Melbourne.

This place has great decor with various themes from different parts of Europe (a Russian bar, German beer trestles, French cafe style seating etc).

This place is pretty quiet on weeknights but get very busy on Saturday night where there is usually a DJ playing - Usually there is an entry fee. The bar's location is great - close to many other bars (The Croft Institute is very popular and is close by) and there is no shortage of great cheap Chinese food in the area.

There is a decent cocktail list and a couple of good beers on tap.

Oh I did have a bad experience with a obnixious bouncer on a power trip one night however I don't believe this is a reflection of the service within the venue - the bar staff are great, very professional and friendly!

There is also an art gallery attached however I have never checked it out, check out the website for info on exhibitons and things.

I have heard there is now a smoking area, however I have not been there since the smoking laws came in so don't quote me on it! :)
