Eurostar International Hotel

We wanted to live in a budget hotel and our need was fulfilled by this hotel which is bang opposite Jomtien beach.
The reception and staff is very cordial and friendly and a homely atmosphere prevails. There are massage parlours in Soi 2,3 and upto 7 but not the naughty kind which mascarade as massage parlours but sell sex. For that go to Pattaya. Hotel gives budget rates for long stay.
We did our booking on internet and the response ws quick and we got our booking confirmed fast. Jomtien, unlike Pattaya is not a crowded beach and you have very few visitors on this beach. You can do fast water scooter boat rides for one hour costing 500-600 Bhat and parasailing 700 Baht for 3 minutes. I am not sure but they all say in Pattaya it takes a shorter time and they drop you in water while in Jomtien and Dongstan they drop you on the beach.
The only issue with Jomtien is that if you want to go to Pattaya it will cost you 20 baht to 30 Baht every time by the big tuktuk which takes approx 10 people.
If you are with family this is a good place. If you are with friends and want to have a go at the night life, move to Pattaya.
