Traveld Paris and the Franch Alps

One week on the Svalbard Island thanks to my collegues. Thanks so much for this dream ;-)

After a couple days in Hvar we set off to rent a car and drive up the Croatian cost to Rovijn a small town in the Istrian Peninsula.

I love going to off-the-beaten tracks, less touristy places and when I'm mad sometimes I just point some location in a map. When I was in Mainz, Germany, I saw this town name on a map. Thinking it has to do with the famous singer, I took the train there. The look from the train station almost made me want to leave ASAP but when I took a walk further, my goodness, beauty of the town made spend the whole day there.

Mairead and myself heading off for about 18 months! One way ticket to Melbourne via South America and New Zealand! Relax there for a while and then plan a scenic route home in 2009 through Asia!

Went to Auschwitz today. Really really sad place. We'll be going out in old town tonight... a place called prozac... should be entertaining. We're staying in a hostel called momotown... a hostel dedicated to me. I luv it!

I have to be honest, I'm not a very good Travbuddy, that is, I'm not much of a traveller, and this trip is just a day trip from the West of the UK over to the East. A brief summary of my trip!

My father, my Aunt Joann, and my grandparents lived near Munchen (Munich) as apart of the post World War II occupation. I had heard many things about it from my father and his recollections as a child. What would I find? I was unsure but, fantastically surprised. Munchen is rich with old and new, history and embracing the future. I found myself enjoying this city more than I ever expected.

So we had just arrived at my step dads cousins, i like this couple there nice people with fantastic accents. We took our bags to our new rooms we had and sorted ourselfs out that evening we chilled in the garden and had some great pizza
