Etap Hotel Krakow Bronowice

This hotel is like all the other ETAP hotels I have stayed in when travelling around France, and now they have arrived in Poland, and quite handy to. The hotel is located 4km west of Krakow’s old town and is a place worth staying at if you are travelling on a budget and don’t want to use a hostel. At €40 a night, the rooms are standard, usually either a double bed with a single bed on top, or just a double bed. The rooms also have private showers and toilets with a small sink and supply you with towels and soap. The rooms also comes with brilliant curtains and blinds to block out the sunshine to completely darken the room while sleeping, and a flat screen television with channels from all over Europe.

Breakfast cost €4 per person per day and is the usually buffet which consists of cereals, tea, coffee, toast and yoghurts.

Also what I liked about this hotel is that its on a major road near the main road which goes from Krakow towards the Ukraine with the main junction which heads north to Warsaw and west to Poznan, so road connections are great. Also the main buses go along this main road, but a 15 minute walk northwards will land you at the tram lines, with services 4, 13, 8, and 22 taking up into the heart of Krakow at a very low price (tickets are sold from the news stand next to the stop).

Also if you have your own car, there is free car parking here and if you have a laptop, then there is free-wifi. Vending machines with snacks and drinks are for sale in the main front of house area and don't forget to pick up the 'free' Krakow in your pocket - guide book from the stand next to the desk! :P
