Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Today morning I got the confirmation letter that I've been accepted to study in Jyväskylä University of Applied Science in Music and Media Management degree program!!! I'm just very happy about it.Opening the envelope was again really exciting. You know, having shaking hands and heart beating fast and all that stuff :D and then there it was. I guess I just read the first to lines saying that I got accepted and then just reacted very happily. I was just waiting for one frie...

At least once a year I try to make it to the closest capital near Helsinki - Tallinn in Estonia. First time I went there was with my parents some 10-12 yrs ago, and since then I've been going there almost every summer - it's such a beautiful city with lots to offer!

Today we took the boat to Tallinn. We looked into the boat times beforehand and we decided to take the Tallink, this is a larger boat it was advised to take a larger boat if you get seasick easily, so we decided to take a larger one just to be sure.
When we went to the train and where in the bus it was raining, we were just hoping the weather would be better in Tallinn. When we arrived in the terminal we bought some tickets and had a pleasant surprise, we thought the tickets would be just be...

After a nice early night, we woke early and started running around Old Town in Tallinn. Of course, we forgot it was Good Friday so most things we wanted to see were closed so we spent most of the day walking around. The good part about traveling during low season is that there aren't as many people; the bad part is some things are never open, no matter what holiday. Either way we saw most of the old sites from the outside. We even ventured out of Old Town to an old market where everyth...

Although there's been a lot of political issues recently, this place has some pretty cool attractions. We were there to play ice cricket. Yes, cricket on ice, and I believe it's the birth of the sport - and it's absolutely hilarious. Apart from the lame excuse to travel there, I found the old town to be very picturesque. The nightlife is also one of the best around. The people are also very friendly. You can pick up some pretty good antiques there too, especially stuff from the war.

So i've been working my way up through the baltic states, and according to what i have heard, they have been getting progressively better. Riga, was better thatn Vilnius, and Tallinn is better that Riga.
All three are very similar, with nice old towns, cobblestone streets, cheap beer...etc.
Both in Vilinus and Riga, a day sufficed in walking around and chekcing out the old towns. I did the mandadorty occupation/kgb museums, which detail the nazi and russian occupat...

It’s late at night on Saturday 9th February, and I don’t remember feeling quite as excited since I was a 7 year old on Christmas Eve. I had been tracking the progress of the Baltic countries since I was a 10 year old (for 8 years), and always had been desperate to visit them. Although a trip to northern latitudes in February isn’t most people’s idea of a luxury holiday, it certainly was for me. I decided to go in this month to avoid the hoards of tourist who are discovering cities lik...

After living in Belgium for 2months, realising that i would not be able to find work as i had once hoped i would, i sent emails to every UK embassy in Europe to apply for a working holiday visa, of the three positive replies, i chose Tallin Estonia!

This is my Bog Blog!
Call them whatever you like:
dunnies, pissers, gravy bowls, pissoirs, porcelain caves, potties, loos, crappers, dumpers, shitters, outhouses, throne, bogs, longdrops, WC's.
As much as we dont want to think about it, even good looking girls have to crap every day!
The vast array of toilets in the world have fascinated me for a long time.
This blog will be continuously updated as long as I continue to travel the world and wake up needing to hang a dump.
