Stopped over at the famous Ruins Site halfway between Playa Del Carmen and the State Capital, Merida. World Famous, El Castillo. Amazing ruins site, best seen with a guide for at least the first few hours, then go wondering by yourself.  Best early in the morning or late afternoon to get those elusive photos without people in them.
