… supersized shrimps for dinner, jump-diving in waterfall pools, playing soccer with locals on a Caribbean beach, intellectual debates with Russians, practicing guitar for hours, taking my first steps in entomology. I somehow managed to stuff my last 10 days in Guatemala with all of that. After our visit in uxmal we drove down to the pacific coust to Campeche where we stayed for the second nicht.
Campeche is not really a full of live town but very nice whit a seafront road where you can walk and enjoy the sunset!
After finding a hotel, which was not the best place ever we thought, we tried to find a place to have some dinner!
THIS RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING!!! I loved it..a fish restaurant called Marganzo! if you ever go to Campeche try the fod there!
Afterwards we just walked...

For those who feel cancun is a bit to Americanized, about 2hours North, straight into the jungle, is where you can expirence culture and history. There are hotels near these historical sites but nothing beats sleeping in hammocks outside in the rain!!
