Camp Nou Feb 28, 2017
We took the metro out to the home of F.C. Barcelona - Camp Nou.

We did not do the tour which is quite expensive. We just had a

look around the bits that are open to the general public. These were really quite interesting. Actually the whole place was well worth a visit as there were plenty of background posters to photo or to be photoed with. There was also a club shop and it was perfectly acceptable to take photos in there, too.

Even I enjoyed this visit and I, unlike my husband, am not really all that into football.

Visiting a match of the worlds best soccer team Apr 09, 2011
First of all - I didnt do the Camp Nou Tour and didnt visit their museum. I visited a match and can only tell about that.

It's not that easy to get tickets for a match, especially not when theres a top-match. The official site is not accepting foreign credit cards (lol), always got an “internal error” from their site. Maybe you got more luck, cause there are many other websites that offer tickets.

I had luck cause it wasn't a top-match so I was able to buy a ticket in the airport on the day of the match. It was expensive with 112€ (cause all the cheap ones were sold already) but its a thing you only do once, and when being in Barcelona, thats a must.

Entering the stadium is impressive, cause its unbelievably huge - the biggest one in europe. It seems as 50% of the crowds are tourists :D

Good thing is they dont sell alcohol - so the atmosphere is not as aggressive as in other countries.

The match was good, I've even seen two goals of Messi :-) Because of the expensive ticket, I had a great seat, right at the corner flag.

Best way to go there might be the tramline from Av. Diagonal or just taking a taxi (or with a bike even).

So its worth a visit, even for non-soccer fans. I think the museum tour at the time when theres no match isn't interesting though, if you are not into soccer.

Camp Nou Apr 02, 2011
Having spent a few days in Barcelona, it is a must that you take in the atmosphere of a Barcelona FC match inside Camp Nou! The prices are slightly steep, but the experience is amazing, although i must have seen the only 0-0 game of their season :(

Barcelona is a lovely city, and there are lots of other attractions for you to see :D

Camp Nou - the Stadium Experience Mar 29, 2011
Precisely 99,354 seats make this the largest seated football theatre in the world - with an expansion to 120,000 set to make the Estadio Nou Camp the single largest stadium in football.

But unlike this stadium's few capacity competitors, there's no such thing as a bad view at the Camp Nou.

As far as stadium experiences go
