Erqi Binguan

This was a nice place that was recommended by my Lonely Planet China 2007 book. The cost in the book was Y216 per night, but when I actually got there the price was less, but I don't remember how much now.

The people there don't speak any English, so bring your phrase book along. There might be some confusion when filling about the check-in form because the English translations of the questions are really bad. Just write something down.

You don't get a key. There is a lady on the 3rd floor who remembers your face and she lets you in your room when ever you need.

The most difficult thing about this hotel is finding it since it has no English signs. Go to the 7 February Pagoda & Square. Stand between the pagoda and the McDonald's but close to the pagoda. The hotel is at the corner to your left.
