EpiCentre Charlotte Reviews
Where the nightlife is Mar 10, 2011
The EpiCentre in Uptown Charlotte, NC is a city block full of food, drinks, and dancing. If you are in Charlotte at night then you will be here! The food is delicious and fits any budget. I recommend Five Guys, a unique burger joint that is fresh and makes their own fries from scratch. http://epicentrenc.com/dining/restaurants/
For those families sight seeing in the Queen City, be sure to check out the very comfortable Epicentre Theaters and StrikeCity, a bowling alley like you've never seen. It has big screen TVs, 2 delicious restaurants and a full bar for the adults.
If you are a night owl like me then your next stop should be Suite nightclub. With an outdoor bar and lounge area the summer nights are perfect with the skyscrapers surrounding you. The atmosphere inside is just as welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The main focus is the bar and there is a small dance floor where you can dance to a wide variety of popular music.
Bring cash for parking. There are a few garages within walking distance, the best is on site ($10) where you can take the elevator up to the party.
The venue is multi-level so remember what level you are on and where the elevator and stairs are located. I recommend bringing walking shoes, especially after dancing.
There is plenty of public transportation as well if you plan on drinking. Valet service, LightRail, CATS city bus and taxis are available.
