Not wanting to end my unforgettable road-trip, once I returned to San Diego I picked up my friend Kristen and we continued to drive south of the border into Mexico. About 2 hours from Tiajuana was the charming seaside town of Ensenada, meaning "cove" in Engli…

The road to the hut runs a little way in from the coast. Ok, there are two choices: my favorite it the Free Road, the original highway that runs along the beach, through all the little towns. The downside is that it takes a really long time since there's a stopsign every block or two for 50 mil…

I did not know how much i would enjoy a cruise to anywhere because my stomach cant handle all that ocean motion but it was great. I loved the experience. I dont think i will be doing a lot of traveling by sea (gained 4lbs in 4 days, lol) but it was fun.

Spent the day shooting at the Ensenada fish market. We got there really early so I was able to see the whole set up from the beginning. The huge blocks of ice being trucked in so they can be chopped up for the fish to lay on them. It was smelly at first but you got used to the smell. It was cool to…

Our only other port we stopped at for a cruise was Ensenada, Mexico. This was going to be an all day stop with us having to be back at the boat at 11pm. We booked an excursion for this stop...Wine Country Tour. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a great excursion. Our …

My wonderful friend Heidi, suprised her Boyfriend with a 4 day cruise out of Longbeach, CA.The cruises are mad cheap and a great way to plan a quick trip with friends. Friends came from all over the US. Drinks are cheap, meals are free and you have the choice to get off at ports.Basically, the short cruises are crazy 4 day booze cruises...!Pretty view though and a water slide. What more do u need?

Rosarito, Mexico -› Guadalupe, Mexico -› …
I travel to Rosarito often. It's only a 2 1/2 hour drive from my home. Relaxing and a great place to write. If you can get past all the media hype of the drug wars going on and realize there are quiet safe spots to explore.....you're on your way to adventure.

We found out about this event from David and were we glad he told us. Victor, Roy, Laurie and I met up with David and his friend Jack at the Tijuana border so we could caravan to Ensenada. It was saturday night and we all new it was going to be off the hook. Thousand upon thousands of people crowding the streets and beer stands all over the place. I dont think they have fire codes in Mexico cause there were too many people in the streets! ¡Gracias México!

I learned a valuable lesson on this trip. Never ever assume that the shuttle driver is going to know where he is going. Lol! I got to the Long Beach airport at about 4 pm, with the ship scheduled to leave at 5:30. Of course the shuttle wasn't there as they had stated they would be, and I had to wai…
