I my last visit to Tobago I had the most unpleasant encounter with a hotel, which in its website looks wonderful. The name is "Enchanted Waters", the cost is pretty high for a self-contained apertment, however, premises are nice enough to enjoy your stay.

The main problem is customer service. The night before my arrival, I called the hotel and informed that my arrival was before the normal check-in time, and I was told that my luggage could be accomodated, but most probably I would have to wait for my room until check-in time. For me it was a fair deal, so I agreed. For my surprise, at arrival I was greeted by a man, who indicated I wasn't in the log book, eventhough I had paid USD 200 via credit card a week before. To my atonishment, the man sent my family to "take a swim" at the pool while we wait for 4 hours, eventhough it was raining outside and we had no rooms to change.

The hotel was not as we expected from the website pics and the service was not good at any point. Price is a little too high for what you get.

My Next time in Tobago, I will go Gratfon Resort or Sandy Point beach Club.
