Estamos en el Restaurant Turístico "El Catador", en el fundo Tres Esquinas, distrito de Subtanjalla - Ica, para conocer cómo se elabora el Pisco, conociendo las etapas de su producción. El pisado, el fermentado y la destilación. Las botijas de arcilla llamadas pishcu donde se depositan para la fermentación. También estuvimos en la sala de cata donde probamos las diferentes variedades de licores a base de pisco que producen en el fundo.

We are in the Restaurant Turistico "El Catador", in the farm Tres Esquinas (three corners), Subtanjalla district, for we know how Pisco is made, knowing the stages of production. The trodden, fermented and distilled. The clay jugs called pishcu where the pisco is deposited for fermentation. We also stayed at the tasting room where we sampled different varieties of pisco liqueurs produced on the farm.
