We vertrekken om 07:00 uur naar Mandalay, een rit van 11 á 12 uur. We zij bij ons vertrek nog net een stoet monniken voor ons hotel voorbij komen. We moeten eerst het hele stuk terug naar Kalaw, wat de eerste 2 uur van de tocht in beslag ne…… Via een grote omweg naar Mandalay.
