Nice hotel in Montgomery Nov 17, 2009
I have stayed at this Embassy Suites twice with my job. It is nice, as are most Embassy Suites. I like how they open up into the inside with waterfalls and trees and the like. There is a bar here, but I have not been to it to see if it has the typical happy hour. I have partaken in the free breakfast, which is one of the things that set Embassy Suites apart in my mind. The hotel is within walking distant of things downtown. I have walked up to the capital and around the area at night, and felt relatively safe. There is a decent Thai restaurant right behind the hotel that one of my friends has highly recommended, but I have not been personally. The exercise room is really nice!
